Spearmint Resource Joins Ridgeline Minerals
‘The Company’, Spearmint Resources Inc., (CSE: SPMT), (OTC Pink: SPMTF), has recently announced that it is seeking to obtain a minority-owned joint venture relationship with Ridgeline Mining, Inc. (the "Subsidiary"), a company that develops and owns the "Goose" Gold Project in the Great Australian Dividing Range, situated approximately forty kilometers north-west of Cairns, Australia. The proposed joint venture partnership will enable Spearmint Resources to benefit from significant growth opportunities, while maintaining its ability to manage its business without incurring unnecessary financial risks. Ridgeline Mining provides a cost-efficient and stable means to extract, transport and develop gold, silver, copper and palladium resources in remote locations. The Company's projects are generally located in the Australian outback, deep ocean and arid areas, with a focus on the development of open-cut ore deposits in high grade, heavy grade and high-quality ores and rocks.
The Company intends to provide an experienced management team and a reliable supply of labor, equipment and training services. Spearmint Resources believes that joint venture relationships can create a solid foundation for future growth. In addition to working closely with Ridgeline Mining to successfully develop the proposed joint venture partnership, the Company plans to actively participate in research and development activities conducted by the Subsidiary to improve production efficiencies and to meet current and future mine production needs. Joint venture partnerships will also provide additional diversification and leverage for both companies, as well as provide a means for both entities to access global markets.
