Spacefy Inc. (or the "company" or "Spacefy") (CSE: SPFY) ("Spacefy" for short) is a venture capital firm founded in 2008 by Mike Bradley and Jesse James. The company was initially founded to provide online companies with affordable, convenient, high-quality rental spaces and services. It has since evolved into a full-service space management company providing services ranging from physical office rental to virtual office rental to warehouse and distribution services. Spacefy also offers a website for corporate management and other team members, which allow them to share links with other corporate locations in order to provide remote access and collaboration between team locations.

Spacefy offers creative industries access to the marketplace and an online marketplace with which they can manage, rent, and share their creative spaces. The sharing economy marketplace is rapidly emerging as one of the most exciting and promising business opportunities in North America. Spacefy is currently expanding, and will be transforming into a more comprehensive solution provider and is looking forward to providing the innovative spaces that artists and entrepreneurs need and deserve.

On April 8th, Spacefy held its quarterly shareholder's meeting, where it announced a series of new covenants and agreements. These covenants include an increased investment in its own growth and development, as well as an increase in capital for business development. As part of this new commitment, Spacefy held a special annual general meeting in June. Spacefy is pleased to be able to move forward with this agreement and look forward to working with its shareholders in the years ahead.
