IC Capitalight Corp. (CSE: IC) is a Canada-based, limited partnership (LP) company that focus on the areas of capital investments, venture capital, and global expansion. The company was started in May 2002 as a Toronto-based corporation with the acquisition of Securenex Corporation, one of the first companies in North America to carry out petroleum exploration and production through oil and gas leases. Since acquiring Securenex, IC Capitalight has been working to enhance its business in the areas of energy and minerals exploration, while concurrently developing its business plan to help it achieve its growth objectives.

IC Capitalight Corp. was incorporated in May 2002 as a corporation to provide funds for the benefit of the investors. IC Capitalight Corp. is now focusing on the development of its core products and services to include natural and alternative energy, gold prospecting and exploration, gold refining and manufacturing, coal processing and marketing, titanium dioxide prospecting and extraction, and oil and gas prospecting and production. Apart from these services, the company also offers financial advisory, commercial writing, and translation services, and property management systems. The acquisition of Securenex by IC Capitalight Corp. gave the company an opportunity to enter the North American Mineral exploration and production space. With its acquisition of Securenex, IC Capitalight Corp. now holds positions in four major North American exploration and production companies, includingepad, EQ Venture, Energy Resources of America, and XTO Energy. In addition, the company holds indirect interests in a number of other companies involved in the exploration, production, and distribution of petroleum and natural gas liquids.
