Gaia Grow Corp (CSE: GAIA) is a company involved in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of bio-available pharmaceuticals with a focus on the growing market for botanical based pharmaceuticals. In late 2020 the company entered into an agreement to acquire Terra Vera, a leading manufacturer and distributor of plant-based extracts. This acquisition is the second in as many as three years that Gaia Grow has made an acquisition related to a manufacturer of botanical-based pharmaceuticals.
